How to use a CBD tincture!
Place the oil under the tongue and hold for 60 seconds before you swallow it! Simple as that!
Use once or twice daily or as needed!
Does this really work? My experience:
OK! I have to admit that I did not believe at first that a CBD tincture would do ANYTHING!
But girl! Was I wrong!
I was using a CBD tincture (I used the Oki Wellness Hemp oil) everyday for 2 month (I used it 2 times daily 1ml each with a 500 mg potency) and I noticed a difference within a couple days! It made me feel super calm, relaxed and very balanced! I liked that this one contained peppermint oil as well, as the taste was very pleasant and fresh.
I can’t attest personally to all the claims, as I obviously don’t have all the symptoms mentioned above. But one thing that I noticed was, after a while (3-4 weeks) the impact (for me this was mainly the feeling of being very relaxed) was getting less.
However: If I would do a 7 day break from the CBD tincture and then start all over again, I felt it was working again!
So for my personal experience, I would say that it is probably good to do a break here and there- maybe always after 3 weeks a 1 week break to achieve the best impact- or maybe try to use a higher potency, if you feel like it is not working anymore. 😉
I do believe a CBD tincture is definitely worth a try, if you suffer from any of the above symptoms!
